It's alright.
Still don't think it's worth $60, but a rental is fine by me.
I might grab it later on down the line when it's $20.

They just throw everything at you way too fast.
Seems like it would get really boring after a few weeks or a month.

Although flying around and shooting my way out of a TRON ship while "What is Love" plays in the background was pretty awesome.

The 360 version is $59.99 at Gamesterp, so I'm assuming it's that much for the console versions everywhere else.

Seriously though, it will take time, but I strongly suggest you build an entry level gaming desktop. You will not regret it. Mine is entry level and these are the graphics I get at 40-60 FPS.

I want to, but I tend to have only about $150 after bills, not including food and house shit like soap and toilet paper.

So my husband's going to have to be the one to pay for that.

It's still got that problem, huh? Saints Row 3 was the same. If you start out with all the good shit, well, there's not really any reason to play it do death, unlike SR2. I put 50 hours into SR2 and still hadn't unlocked everything. Loved that game.

SR2 was awesome.

I liked the craziness of 3 and, along the same vein, 4. It's really fun to fuck around and jump over buildings and shit.
But you seriously get these powers right into the beginning of the game. I mean, there are upgrades to collect, but already in the beginning cars and aircraft have been made completely pointless. There goes car collecting and customization, because why even bother with that?
And there goes any of the "badass" factor of finally getting to pilot an aircraft.

I know the "build yourself up from the bottom" plot has been done to death by this genre, but I don't think that throwing every super awesome thing at you right at the beginning is the solution. That's what cheats are for.

Another game I love. Killed. I can't even open Nexuiz anymore to at least play with bots. The devs have completely shut it down.

Mind games are a pro Snake in Brawl or M.Bison in SSF4.

Snake is the most fun character to play in Brawl.

It's meant to be a parody game.

Not to mention it does a good job of introducing people to basic fighting game concepts like footsies and punishing.

The price needs to go down and the hitboxes need to get patched, but it's still fun as fuck to play with friends.
