The thigh highs were only $16 and theyre quality material too

My dad thought that just yelling at me to "get over" my anxiety and depression shit is what I needed. That I was just being lazy and unmotivated.

Dad, no. That's not how you bipolar.

Really, if anything, the pressure just made my panic attacks and depression worse. Although he eventually started to learn from that and eased off my back.

Theyve mostly stopped yelling at me about anything "important" and only do it for stupid trivial things (aka, I forgot to put some dishes away and this means I will fail at my life?)

But now I have long term problems with yelling, to the point where I cant listen to arguments or yelling, regardless of whether or not Im even involved because I get really anxious and nervous now

I had that for a long time because my parents used to get into really bad fights (like physical fist fights) when I was 3 - 10ish.

I would start freaking the fuck out. I still sometimes hit that point where my ears start ringing and my adrenaline surges to the point where everything starts spinning when people get into really bad arguments.
I even threatened my fiance's sister's boyfriend with a battle axe (of my fiance's) one time, because he did something to physically hurt her while they were living with us, and I freaked the fuck out.
But it's mostly calmed down at this point.

My sister tells me I never do anything right.
Funny thing is I actually have friends and she doesn't. Neither IRL nor online. I have them in both worlds. So I must be doing something right. The important, human things at least.
