That's usually how mail is, unless you get 2-day shipping or something.
You generally have to wait out the actual 5-day period, or whatever it is, because mail routes make absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Like I've ordered something from a state over, before, and it has to make its way all the way to the west coast, to the east coast, and everywhere else before it actually gets here.
Despite living in a decent-sized city with plenty of airports.
