I think the newer folks than Kaizy or I ought to have a right to try and make what little this is into something more than they got to have with GTWF in the time they were there, though.

No one's asking for advertisement beyond the word of mouth thing we already got on the go. Someone just joined yesterday and, I don't know if they're the same person who expressed interest to Zara from FAF, but most likely FAF is where they found out. All I'm saying is we all kinda need to branch out before we become too insular. I think that has as much to do with GTWF's issues as anything. I don't think Riv would've spun the paranoid narrative he did if we'd been able to restore the former membership and its activity better after losing the original board. FA/F is only one (okay, technical two) spot, and increasing numbers of us are being banned from there. The more other places we are, the more roads can lead back to here if the need arises.

I believe the in the sentiment of Build It, And They Will Come. I just think they will come when they see the roads we pave and when there's something to stay for, then will it be built.

Its true, the loss of the original board was what really hurt the group more than anything, what with being out of commission for about a year

Wait, was I even part of the original board? I remember the one I was part of being lost due to issues that never ended up getting resolved, the current forum originally intended to be a temporary replacement while we waited for that one to return, which never happened. I remember the one I originally joined being pretty damn active and most of those people never finding their way to the next one, probably because they weren't as connected with everyone as the current, smaller group is.

The current GTWF was a temporary place after not seeing any results from Forumer for so long, and it eventually became permanent when we accepted that Forumer would never put the site back up

The original forum was bursting with activity, but after the major move, we lost most of the people and a bunch that returned didnt want to stay for one reason or another.

Moving a forum cripples the community pretty badly

Actually, even if it had come back online, after how long it was down, that would've crippled it too. That's what's currently happening with BTNHBoard, and BTNHBoard has a lot of not just members, but connections on social media. It's not quite "dead" but we're like 2 months in to the boards return and maybe 1/10 of what it used to be when I first joined. But, similar to the situation with GTWF, because many of us are connected elsewhere, like on Facebook and Skype, we have other options when they arise.

BTW totally off-topic, but we need to pre-ban ButterflyGoddess. Fuck him. I don't want him here and neither should any of you. Not after the stunt he just pulled on GTWF and not after telling Lucy to fuck off basically just for saying hello.

Yeah, I've heard a few people go there to troll. I'd never even do that. There's a kid in my school who had over 300 fursona's in that game (or maybe it was IMVU, if there's a difference). Pretty shitty.
